Option 1 — In-App Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data directly in the Think! app, follow these steps:

Open the Think! app and tap on your avatar in the top-left corner of the screen.

Your Profile screen will open. Tap the ⚙️ Settings button in the top-right corner of the profile panel.

In Profile Settings, scroll down and tap the red "Delete Account" button.

Enter your email and password to confirm your identity, then tap "OK" to finalize your request.

Important: Once you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our database. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you can't access the app, email us at Discover@theclinicofhope.com with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Data Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- ✅ Personal Information
- ✅ Gameplay Data
- ✅ Any other data stored in our Firebase Realtime Database
Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Retention Period
Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
