You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Think!, The Clinic of Hope LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We may change, suspend, or restrict availability of the Platform at any time for business or operational reasons without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
You are responsible for any mobile charges that may apply to your use of our Services.
10. Advertising

11. Dispute Resolution
A. Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. The party raising a dispute will notify the other, who has 60 days to respond. If unresolved within 30 days of the response, either party may file legal action.
B. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California or the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.

Additional terms apply when accessing Think! Brain Zone through third-party app stores:
For Apple: These Terms are between Think! and you — Apple is not a party. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Platform. For Google Play and Amazon: In the event of conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms, the store's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the Platform downloaded from that store.
13. Protection of The Clinic of Hope LLC
Think! Brain Zone is a direct product of The Clinic of Hope LLC. Any legal disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from the use of Think! shall not be directed toward The Clinic of Hope LLC. The Clinic of Hope LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall be indemnified and held harmless from all such claims.
